There are experiences that are not meant to be consumed. They are lived slowly, at a human pace, shaped by simple gestures. This gesture is a ritual, the tea ceremony : Taking time, being present, sharing.
Before the taiga, there was Africa. More than ten years spent guiding and crossing territories like the travelers of old slowly, respectfully, leaving space for encounter. An intimate relationship with the light of the Sahara, with the Blue Men, with silence and with long time.
Whether surrounded by snow or sand, forest or dunes, the essence remains the same:
moving forward one moment at a time.
In the Sahara, tea is prepared without haste. Each repeated gesture anchors the moment, suspends the flow of the day. Time is not watched, it is inhabited.
In Lapland, time is not measured in minutes either, but in seasons. The Sámi calendar defines eight subtle seasons, where the light shifts, the snow retreats, and the land breathes again.Transitions that invite time to flow through.
KuksaCabin does not offer escapes from the world, but ways of returning to it differently.
A continuity between landscapes, a coherence in gestures, a faithfulness to what truly matters.

Oasis, Desert and Palm Groves
8 days 7 nights departing from Marrakech - From October 3rd to 10th, 2026
Day 1 : Arrival at Marrakech Airport, a millennia-old city surrounded by the Atlas Mountains. Dinner in the medina and overnight stay in Riad.
Day 2 : Marrakech – Ouarzazate : Departure towards the legendary Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass (2,260 m). The villages appear to cling to the mountains like jewels of history and tradition. Passage through the famous Ksar of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner and overnight stay in a 4* hotel in Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Desert.”
Day 3 : Ouarzazate – Zagora : A mineral landscape dotted with oases and isolated kasbahs. Head towards the Tazazert Pass (2,280 m). As far as the eye can see, rugged landscapes and desert plateaus cut through deep valleys. Then, through the Drâa Valley, the route follows ancient ksour and lush oases. Overnight stay in a charming hotel/riad in Zagora.
Day 4 : Zagora – Erg Zahar Dunes : Final Saharan villages followed by off-road tracks alternating with oases up to the Tagounite viewpoint. Exceptional 180-degree panorama over vast desert landscapes winding between oases and palm groves. Then, the road disappears into sandy tracks. Nestled among the dunes, your bivouac awaits. After sunset, dinner and overnight stay in a traditional tent.
Day 5 : Erg Zahar : On foot or by camel, hike or ride through the golden dunes of the Great Erg stretching endlessly into the horizon. A sensory immersion allowing travellers to feel the vastness and magic of the desert. Dinner and overnight stay in a 4* hotel/riad in Zagora.
Day 6 : Zagora – Marrakech : Journey along lush palm groves, rammed-earth ksour, and dry riverbeds (oueds), before the High Atlas Mountains signal the return to modern life. Dinner and overnight stay in Marrakech, 4* hotel/riad.
Day 7 : Marrakech : Free day in Marrakech. Explore the souks, the medina, and the Majorelle Garden. In the evening, experience the vibrant energy of Jemaa el-Fna square. Dinner at leisure in the heart of the city and overnight stay in a 4* hotel/riad.
Day 8 : Marrakech – Departure: Breakfast and free time depending on your return flight. End of your pre-Saharan journey.
